Douglas Hart

Douglas Hart is a Senior Consultant with Compli in their Asset Management & Reliability Services division, as well as a Senior Consultant in the professional services field for 25 years. Throughout his career, Doug has held esteemed positions such as Director of Engineering, Maintenance, and Utilities for a number of large pharmaceutical companies. He is proficient in several Asset Management areas, including Materials Management, Maintenance Training Program development, and Predictive Maintenance.

Doug is a Certified Reliability Leader (CRL), Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Total Productive Maintenance Concepts (TPMC), and Certified RCM2 Facilitator. He has served on the board of the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP), Kansas City Chapter, for the past four years.
