John Reeve

John Reeve is a CMMS Champion, and he regularly shares his knowledge on a variety of topics, particularly asset management. Being the second consultant hired by the company that invented Maximo, he spent the first ten years consulting in project management and the following 20 years on asset management with an emphasis on Maximo software. During this time, he also received a patent for maintenance scheduling "Order of Fire" and authored two books. 

John is extremely skilled at performing site assessments and gap analyses and creating long-range plans for maintenance excellence. He specializes in CMMS design for reliability-centered maintenance with a focus on advanced processes. His combined knowledge in both project and asset management makes him unique in the consulting field. His approach blends software/data, processes/procedures, and roles/responsibilites.
