RBC Bearings Inc., which makes precision ball bearings and other items, said September 12 that it acquired competitor All Power Manufacturing Company for $9.3 million in cash.
Santa Fe Springs, Calif.-based All Power makes a line of bearings and precision parts for the aerospace market and other general industrial uses.
