Rudi Frederix

Rudi Frederix was born in Hasselt, Belgium, in 1968. He was awarded M.Sc. in Production Automation from Thomas Moore University, in Belgium, and M.Sc. in Instrumentation Technology from the University of Karel De Grote Hogeschool, in 2001 and 2004, respectively. In 2012, he received honors in ‘Managing Others’ from the Harvard Business school and finished second in the voting for Maintenance Manager of the Year in Belgium.

He has worked in the asset management (AM) field since 1993, as well as in almost every type of industrial setting through his career, including the automotive, oil and gas, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, mining, and nuclear energy industries. He enjoys leading people and sharing his passion for project management, maintenance and reliability best practices.
