Flexible manufacturing line with data tracking

Balluff Inc. brought a functioning conveyor-based fuel injector assembly line to the ATExpo to highlight both its sensors and RFID products. This video shows a flexible manufacturing line with data tracking, poka-yoke checks and error-proofing. Specific systems on display included a machine vision system checking for parts presence, a laser-based O-ring sensor, RFID readers and tags, and complete Ethernet connectivity.
