Peak hits milestone in semiconductor tray production

Peak International Limited announced that it has recently manufactured its 500 millionth semiconductor tray at its factory in Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China.

 

Dean Personne, president and chief executive officer of Peak International Limited, stated, "We are delighted to have achieved this manufacturing milestone in Shenzhen. This is a testament to the skills and the dedication of our valued employees to produce the best possible products in the most cost-efficient manner. Over the years, working with our partners and employees, we have made tremendous improvements in product quality, employee productivity and operating cost controls. Today, we can manufacture approximately 50 percent more product with a 25 percent smaller workforce than we did just one year ago; a doubling of productivity per employee.

Peak International Limited is a leading supplier of precision-engineered packaging products for storage, transportation and automated handling of semiconductor devices and other electronic components.
