Swagelok Company on December 18 announced recent appointments of five directors within its supply chain, customer service, information services, human resources and continuous improvement groups.
Jill Whelan has been named director, outbound supply chain. Whelan is responsible for managing key outbound supply chain strategies and initiatives including global implementation of a new customer relationship management (CRM) program. Her experience in customer service coupled with her 15 years of operational experience enables her to provide new insights into the company’s key strategies and initiatives.
Dave Krabill has been named director, customer service. Krabill is responsible for leading Swagelok’s customer service departments. His 18 years of experience and in-depth understanding of the core operational I.T. systems and processes will help drive closer alignment of the company’s customer service organization with customer needs and its global distribution network.
Eric Eber has been named director, application development in the information services organization. In this role, Eber is responsible for systems analysis and development activities for all key business areas. He will also focus on development and project management methods, enterprise architecture and information service strategies. Eber brings nearly 20 years of project management experience and operational leadership in supply chain and distribution operations to the role.
David Lucarelli has been named director, human resource (HR) operations for the company. In the new role, he oversees HR support at Swagelok facilities. Previously, Lucarelli served as an HR manager for the company. He brings 10 years of HR management experience from Lockheed-Martin Corporation, where he supported programs for the U.S. Department of Defense and NASA. He joined Swagelok in 2006.
Paul Bachman has been named director, manufacturing strategies. In this role he is responsible for the company’s tooling production group, machining methods, process engineering methods, and process development. Bachman joined Swagelok in 2008 from Little Tikes, where he was the director of engineering and quality assurance.
