An assembly line for 3,000 souvenir collectible bibs for the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. Implementing what was learned in business school about lean manufacturing, takt time came in handy to keep the work flowing and minimizing the bottleneck. We used 100% recycled cardboard boxes for this sustainable packaging project.
