PCB Piezotronics acquires assets of RS Technologies

PCB Piezotronics is proud to announce that it has acquired a substantial portion of assets and intellectual property from RS Technologies Ltd, a leading supplier of load cells, torque transducers, wheel force transducers and fastening/assembly test equipment to the Automotive, Aerospace, Power Tool and Heavy Equipment industries.

 

PCB Piezotronics completed the acquisition through PCB Load & Torque, Inc., its whollyowned subsidiary, which purchased the RS Technologies Ltd. assets and which will own and operate the newly acquired business. PCB Load & Torque Inc. will operate out of the existing RS Technologies Ltd. world headquarters in Farmington Hills, Mich., and employ many of the current RS Technologies Ltd. production, engineering and support staff, who bring many years of experience and expertise in their respective areas. This acquisition strengthens the current PCB Piezotronics portfolio, which already covers a wide variety of sensing and signal conditioning technologies.
