Manischewitz and Cuisine Innovations name new CEO

The Manischewitz Company on April 6 announced the appointment of David L. Yale as president and chief executive officer. In this role, he will be responsible for the two operating subsidiaries of TMCI Holdings, The Manischewitz Company and Cuisine Innovations.

 

Yale is a respected food and beverage industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience with companies such as Nestle and Kraft Foods/Nabisco, where he headed the Planters Snacks Division, as well as the Condiments Unit, featuring A.1 steak sauce and Grey Poupon mustard. He also was president of the Snacks Division of the Hain Celestial Group and, more recently, managing partner of Oceanview Partners (a joint venture with AEA Investors LLC, a leading private equity firm).

Yale holds a MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor of arts degree from Brandeis University, where he graduated cum laude.
