First lawsuit from Falk plant explosion forthcoming

The first lawsuit stemming from the propane explosion that killed three workers at the Falk Corporation plant in December is expected to be filed February 7 in Milwaukee, but legal experts say it likely won't target Rexnord Corporation, the owner of Falk and the faulty propane pipe.
