IPSCO Inc. announced that it is proceeding with a $52.5 million expansion of its existing large-diameter pipe making facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. This expansion will include an additional pipe forming mill and related finishing equipment which will increase the capacity, productivity and flexibility of the existing facility.
