Rockwell Automation has expanded its process solutions capability by endorsing 45 members of its System Integrator Program who bring deeper expertise to the process industries. With proven experience in the metals, power generation and other process industries, these select program members will support the Rockwell Automation PlantPAx Process Automation System, bringing plantwide control on a single platform to manufacturers looking to migrate their aging DCS systems. Process industry system integrators include 18 Latin American Solution Provider partners, helping extend the geographical reach of Rockwell Automation process solutions.

“Rockwell Automation process system integrators are reviewed for domain expertise, engineering excellence and geographic reach, among other criteria,” said Robert Swim, global program manager for process channels, Rockwell Automation. “Ultimately, those who have proven expertise in process applications are selected for their abilities to help Rockwell Automation deliver value through the design, development and delivery phases of our customers’ projects.”

A select group of integrators have achieved Solution Provider partnership status – a heightened and exclusive business relationship with Rockwell Automation. Solution Providers are proven, trusted and established organizations that offer extensive experience in the design, implementation, project management and maintenance of industrial control systems.

Rockwell Automation System Integrators and Solution Providers are recognized in the industry as best-in-class organizations, evidenced by a prestigious awards program. Each year, Control Engineering magazine recognizes three system integrators who demonstrate superior technical expertise, business skills and customer satisfaction. Rockwell Automation Solution Provider partners Stone Technologies and Interstates Control Systems received two of the three coveted awards in 2010 for their capabilities in control, process and information applications.

“I am very proud that two of our Solution Providers have been recognized with this award,” said Mark Moriarty, manager of the System Integrator/Solution Provider Program, Rockwell Automation. “Stone and Interstates, like all of our Solution Providers, are tremendous advocates for Rockwell Automation and are more than willing to help deliver solutions to improve a customer’s bottom line.”

Rockwell Automation Inc., the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation and information, makes its customers more productive and the world more sustainable. Headquartered in Milwaukee, Rockwell Automation employs approximately 19,000 people serving customers in more than 80 countries.
