Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) recently announced that it has made the 2016 list as one of the best places to work in South Carolina. This marks the 11th consecutive year LCE has received the prestigious award.

The Best Places to Work in South Carolina award is a statewide program identifying and recognizing 60 of the state's most innovative and top-notch employers. Presented on behalf of the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and SCBIZ, the award recipients are selected and ranked based on data from an employer questionnaire and an employee engagement and satisfaction survey.

"What a great honor it is to be recognized as one of the best places to work in South Carolina," said Bob Fei, president and chief executive officer at LCE. "It is increasingly necessary for workplaces to recognize the importance of work/life balance. Providing a work culture that respects the whole person helps our employees do what they do best, which ultimately extends to delivering great results for our customers."

Businesses from all industries were honored in this year's awards, including accounting firms, financial institutions, technology firms, construction companies, healthcare providers, etc. The winners will be recognized and the rankings announced during an awards dinner in Columbia, South Carolina.

Founded in 1976, LCE is headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, with offices across North America and experience around the globe.
