The Life Cycle Institute, Life Cycle Engineering’s education group, has added a new Train-the-Trainer (TTT) course to its list of high-impact learning offerings. The Train-the-Trainer course was developed by the Institute’s Learning Consultants to help organizations transform their subject matter experts into compelling facilitators of learning – trainers who engage people in learning and motivate individuals to change their behavior to achieve results.

TTT is an intensive 2.5-day class that teaches the competencies required to accelerate understanding, raise retention and achieve buy-in. Individuals responsible for training, coaching, presenting or leading meetings can benefit from the facilitation skills taught in Train-the-Trainer. “The launch of Train-the-Trainer this February was a great success,” said Bill Wilder, director of the Life Cycle Institute. “We’ve given industry experts an arena to exercise the science of learning. Participants take away active training methodologies to make their own training more effective and goal-driven.”

The next class is scheduled to take place April 6-8 in Charleston, S.C. Class size is limited in order to maximize the value to each participant. To learn more, visit www.LCE.com or call 800-556-9589.
