Busellato is continually improving the Linear Flow Load/Unload system on the Optima RT series of nested-based routers. Introduced at IWF 2008 as a lean manufacturing initiative, the system simultaneously loads a new panel from a scissor lift on the right side of the machine while unloading the finished parts to the left side of the machine, vacuuming the table during the process. The machine starts the cycle automatically and immediately begins processing the next sheet. This shortens the load and sweep cycle by 30 seconds.
