OSHA investigating worker's electrocution death

The electrocution death of a 43-year-old worker at a manufacturer in Kimberly, Wis., has prompted a federal investigation. Dean Effa died April 23 at Luvata, a company that makes copper wire components. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating Effa's death as an accident, said officials, who released no other details.
