This video provides a general overview of a plant for processing fried vegetables. The products being used are tomatoes in order to make fried tomato sauce, packaged in aseptic bags of 200 kilograms. The plant can also be used to fry peppers. The core of the process, the cooker, is capable of handling 1,000 liters of product in every batch, at a rate of two tons per hour. In the video are also shown peelers, pasteurizers, piston pumps, unicus scraped surface heat exchangers, anaseptic buffer and an aseptic filler.
